Request For Proposals – Commercial Meal Vendors - Due January 12, 2024
The Three Rivers Area Agency on Aging is soliciting proposals from vendors interested in preparing meals for senior citizens in accordance with Title III of the Older Americans Act in the Georgia Counties of Butts, Carroll, Coweta, Heard, Lamar, Meriwether, Pike Spalding, Troup and Upson. Bids may be submitted for one or more counties for the provision and delivery of meals for the elderly to Congregate and/or Home Delivered Meals Nutrition programs beginning July 1, 2024 and concluding June 30, 2028. A one-year contract will be awarded, beginning July 1, 2024 and ending June 30, 2025 containing a contingency clause permitting renewal for each year of the remaining contract based upon satisfactory performance.
Bids are due January 12, 2024 at 10:00 am and will not be accepted after this date and time.
Unit Cost Methodology training is scheduled for December 12, 2023 at 11:00 am and will be held at Three Rivers Regional Commission, 13273 GA Hwy 34, Franklin, GA 30217. Contract is contingent upon Three Rivers Area Agency on Aging receiving funds from the Georgia Department of Human Services, Division of Aging Services. Request For Proposals – Home and Community Based Services - Due January 12, 2024
The Three Rivers Area Agency on Aging is soliciting proposals from qualified offerors capable of providing services for the elderly in the Georgia Counties of Butts, Carroll, Coweta, Heard, Meriwether, Lamar, Pike, Spalding, Troup and Upson. Bids for the provision of services may be submitted for one or more counties beginning July 1, 2024 and concluding June 30, 2028. A one-year contract will be awarded, beginning July 1, 2024 and ending June 30, 2025 containing a contingency clause permitting renewal for each year of the remaining contract based upon satisfactory performance.
Services include; but are not limited to:
- In-Home Services (Homemaker, Personal Care and Respite)
- Adult Day Care
- Nutrition Education
- Elderly Legal Assistance (ELAP)
- Material Aid
- Evidence Based Wellness and Caregiver Programs (Chronic Disease Self-Management Program, Matter of Balance Program, Tai Chi for Health Program, Powerful Tools for Caregivers Program, Dealing with Dementia Program, and Bingocize)
- Assistive Technology
- Transportation
